Hi, I’m a normal guy trying to balance work, life and my health. Over the years I’ve learnt how to be healthy but still enjoy my life. I don’t diet and starve myself. I eat food that I want and I don’t spend hours in the gym. I have found that I can maintain a healthy wait just by making a few adjustments to my lifestyle.

These days, I am super happy and healthy. Away from work and home I┬átravel the world, doing things like trekking in the Himalayas, climbing to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and kayaking in Vietnam. I eat a balanced diet, but still treat myself to a pizza or a piece of cake, and I love a nice cold beer or a glass of wine. I don’t work out for hours a day – in fact, I don’t even have a gym membership – and yet I am able to maintain a healthy wait with next to no body fat on me. This is all through the simple changes that I have made in my life.
